Meet Jessie
Jessie is a Freelance Makeup Artist and Licensed Esthetician. Jessie had dreams of going to Cosmetology school right out of high school but life had other plans. Jessie got a soccer scholarship to a small private school in Riverside, CA. She ended up getting her BA in Communications with an emphasis in Marketing in 2011. Her senior year of college required an internship component and she somehow found herself working with one of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics Education Executives. It was exactly what she had dreamed of, and now she had a college degree too.
Jessie worked for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics for several years and has also worked for MAC Cosmetics. After years of hearing women say they were sorry for how they looked, and asking her to "fix" them, Jessie felt there was something more she could do. In 2018 Jessie graduated from Beautiful You Life Coaching Academy where she learned the tools to help people overcome the negative self-talk and see the true beauty that is within.
Jessie has helped hundreds of women feel beautiful and confident through the simple tool of makeup and learning to love yourself. Jessie believes that makeup doesn't have to be intimidating and instead should help you feel like the best version of yourself.
When you don't find Jessie painting faces you can typically find her hanging with her two kids, Lincoln & Max, going for walks & leisurely bike rides outside, watching new tv shows (and ones she's seen a million times), and enjoying the beautiful place that she gets to call home, Fort Collins, CO. Meet Carissa
Carissa Schlam is a freelance hair and makeup artist under the name of "The Stardust Stylist." She specializes in vintage hair styling techniques, and creative makeup, proving Carissa is anything but basic. Being in the industry for eight years, Carissa has worked her magic for weddings, boudoir, creative shoots and more.
She found her passion for her craft while getting her Associates of Art in college when all her friends were getting married. Helping people get ready for their big day, or building them up for a shoot through her hair and makeup skills along with her cheeky personality create a fun environment that her guests love.
When she's not on set, or at a wedding, she is sewing, playing with her baby, or cooking up a delicious meal. Whether you're seeking to look polished on your special day, or just want to learn a lesson in personal beauty, Carissa is your magical babe.
